Digital products
Templates and guides are delivered as digital downloads. Licenses are for use in your own business unless the product says otherwise (for example, the Agency License). Reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed.
Refunds
All purchases are final, including setup and Customization Hours. Please read each product page and email us with questions before you buy.
Services
We Set It Up For You includes up to 2 hours of setup; customizations are not included. Customization Hours are sold in 2-hour blocks and expire 60 days after purchase. Managed plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month with 30 days’ notice; setup fees are non-refundable. A signed service agreement governs managed work.
Third-party services
Our systems connect to services you sign up for (AI providers, hosting, Google and others). Those services bill you directly and have their own terms, which you’re responsible for following.
No guarantees
Results vary. We don’t promise rankings, recommendations, leads, customers or revenue. Worked examples show break-even math, not forecasts.
